Whether you're a late riser or an early bird - at Computop you can organize your working hours flexibly and take a break in between to take care of private matters. You can choose between a 40-hour full-time position or an individual part-time model.

If you need a longer break, just take a vacation! With a 40-hour week, you get 30 days off a year as well as special leave for personal events such as a birth, wedding, relocation or bereavement in the family.

Would you like to work from home to look after the kids or stay in your home town? We offer hybrid or home office contracts for many positions. You can also work remotely from other European countries for 10 days a year.

These three models are available:

• Standard contract
  You mainly work in the office and can work from home up to eight days a month. Fortunately, this means that rail strikes or visits from tradespeople are no problem.
   
• Hybrid contract
  After a thorough induction, you will mainly work from home. Of course, you are always welcome in our office!
   
• Home office contract
  After your induction, you will work 100 % from home.

If you want to revolutionize the payment industry and make the world of payment a borderless place, you need the latest hardware and software. At Computop, you can expect a modern, secure workplace with, for example, a height-adjustable desk in our offices where you can also work standing up and a powerful DELL laptop that you can also use privately.

So that you can set up a perfect workplace at home, you will receive financial support from us after the probationary period:

• For hybrid contracts
  800 € gross one-off payment + reimbursement of Internet costs up to 50 € net per month
   
• For home office contracts
  1,000 € gross  one-off payment + reimbursement of Internet costs up to 50 € net per month

In addition to your attractive salary, you will receive a fixed Christmas and vacation bonus, a share in the company's success and tax-free benefits in kind.

• Christmas bonus
  1 gross monthly salary - paid pro rata per month
   
• Vacation pay
  1/2 gross monthly salary - paid in July
   
• Participation in the company's success
  Depending on business development
   
• Tax-free benefit in kind
  50 € net per month will be paid to you via a voucher card that you can redeem at participating stationary retailers in your region.
