From application to a successful start: this is what you can expect at Payment People!

Are you interested in a job at Computop to enrich our top team and change the world with them? Then it's time to start the first of six steps in your application process! You can find out how it works here.

And please don't be surprised if it looks a little different for you. Every application process is as individual as the application submitted and varies depending on the position and department.
 

Our job offers

  • Step 1
    Your application

    The easiest way to ensure that your application ends up in the right hands and complies with data protection regulations is to apply directly via our intuitive online application system. With just a few clicks, you can upload your CV and certificates and add a cover letter if you wish. Please note the maximum file size of 10 MB.

    We will confirm receipt of your application by e-mail. If we think you are a good fit for us, you will receive an invitation to an initial telephone interview.

  • Step 2
    Initial telephone interview with our recruiter

    During this interview, our recruiter will ask you a few questions, e.g. about your salary expectations, your notice period, your motivation for the job change and - depending on the position - about your willingness to relocate or travel and your language skills.

  • Step 3
    Team meeting with the specialist department and our recruiter

    The first interview with your future department will take place via video call. Our recruiter will also be there again. Time to introduce you and us, to talk about your previous professional experience and to find out more about the background to your application for our position. We'll talk about your future tasks, your future team and Computop in general.

  • Step 4
    Personal interview with the specialist department and our recruiter

    Time to get to know us personally! You will meet the specialist department and our recruiter at our headquarters in Bamberg. Here you will have the opportunity to address your ideas and wishes for your future position and us as an employer and get to know our culture. If you still have questions, now is your chance to ask them!

  • Step 5
    Contract signing

    Congratulations, if you've made it this far and say "Yes, I do!" you'll soon be part of the legendary Payment People team! You will discuss your contract with our recruiter over the phone. We will then send it to you by e-mail and then by post and you only have to do one thing: sign your new contract!

  • Step 6
    Onboarding

    Shortly before your first day at work, you will receive some useful information by e-mail. Then the big day arrives: we welcome you to the Payment People team and make sure that you can get off to a relaxed start and get to know your tasks and your colleagues. We look forward to meeting you and will be on hand to offer you help and advice at any time!
