Employees in stationary sales continue to work in the branches. There they advise their regular stationary buyers by telephone and take orders directly. The customers concerned do not therefore have to visit the online shop.

For payment your sellers send the Computop payment link by email. This email link leads to a checkout page which already contains the selected items and the shipping address. At the end of the order the customer only has to enter his payment details.

Upon confirmation of receipt of payment, the sales team will pack the shipment and get it on its way.
