Your tasks

  • Setup of new and existing customers
  • Communication with internal and external partners in the setup process
  • Processing of customer inquiries in French and partly in English
  • Ticket processing
  • Staffing of the hotline

Your skills

  • Customer and service orientation as well as an open-minded and communicative personality
  • Interest and affinity for IT as well as good MS Office skills

  • Previous experience with a ticket system would be an advantage
  • Fluent French, as well as good German and English skills
  • Flexibility to work in shifts (8-22 o´clock)
  • Willingness to join the onboarding training in Bamberg (max. 3 months)
