Senior Product Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Together with your 8 colleagues in our product team, you guide every step of a product’s lifecycle:

from development and training, to positioning and pricing, by focusing on the product and its customers first and foremost. To build the best possible product, you as product manager, advocate for customers and make sure the voice of the market is heard and heeded.

  • Define, scope, document and maintain technical requirements for development of new payment solutions, products and features
  • Create internal and client-facing documentation, integration guides and sales collateral
  • Manage onboarding process for strategic clients
  • Develop and enforce project plans in coordination with internal and external resource
  • Work closely with merchants and internal resources to drive merchant integrations and implementation of Computop products and solution
  • Maintain and enhance product related databases and provide in-depth knowledge through training sessions and internal publications
  • Provide input to appropriate sections of RFPs / RFIs

Your skills

  • Educated to degree level (e.g. Computer Science, Software System Science, Information Systems Management)
  • 4+ years' experience in similar position (e.g. as product owner, business analyst, project manager) in payments industry with a PSP, acquirer, processor or payment scheme
  • Knowledge of process modelling tools such as UML, use case diagrams, EPC and similar techniques
  • Experience with typical order management and shop systems as deployed at online merchants or with financial message protocols (e.g. ISO 8583, APACS) or POS systems (e.g. EMV, P2PE)
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of databases and web programming techniques is an advantage
